"K.C." founded C & A in 1976 and has specialized in design and construction management of Public Works projects during his 42 years engineering career.
Arvin K.Chaudhary, P.E., P.L.S.
Arvin has 12 years of civil and survey experience in management, design and construction of large public and private projects. He is also a school site design and erosion control expert.
